Im saddened to report..

EFFECTIVE TODAY at 11am ON 8/18/20, after deliberate negotiations and discussions with the venue, the 2020 NPC All – South Muscle Championships will be postponed to a later date in 2021.
The venue along with the health dept mandated a 12ft social distancing with no mask on stage for competitors. Or, a 6ft distancing on stage with a mask. This, along with the fact that judges would have to ALSO be 12ft from stage made this impossible for the judges to judge the event.
The audience would also be mandated to wear mask all while maintaining 6ft distancing in seated chairs with a maximum of ONLY 210 CHAIRS. This as well made this financially IMPOSSIBLE to put on.

We have attempted to secure other venues to ONLY HAVE similar restraints at FULL PRICE but at a much greater expense.

I’m not sure why restrictions in Arkansas are what they are but we tried tiresly to make this happen…. we really did! Even with a last minute phone call today with venues!

We will immediately be refunding the few folks that have entered this event at this point.

In closing, we will be back BIGGER & BETTER in 2021.
