Sponsor Shipping Information

When shipping your product we recommend that you ship to the HOST HOTEL of that specific event in care of your booth workers or under your SPONSORSHIP name arriving NO SOONER than Wednesday the week of that specific event. All host hotel information and venue information is on each specific event page.

LOAD IN TIMES FOR SPONSORS

On that SATURDAY of the event after 700am. Event begins at 900am.
All SPONSORS will need to report to WILL CALL table prior to loading in for their assigned badges.
